LYMA x The King’s Trust Change a Girl’s Life
Hosted by Dina Geha
The Kid in Her invites you to an inspiring morning dedicated to breaking down barriers and opening doors for the next generation of young women, in collaboration with pioneering wellness brand, LYMA & The King’s Trust.
Right now, more than 900,000 young people across the UK wake up without access to work, training or education. For young women, these barriers run even deeper. But The King’s Trust is rewriting this narrative, one young woman at a time.
Join Dina Geha, Lucy Goff – founder of LYMA & patron of Women Supporting Women, and King’s Trust young ambassador Georgia Leslie, founder of Coconut Palm, for a morning of intimate conversation on what it takes to build, lead, and create pathways for the next generation of female founders.
Because when we invest in young women, they don’t just enter the workforce, they transform it.

The art of talking money: in conversation with Morgaine Conway-Grim
The Kid In Her invites you to unique opportunity to hear from Morgaine Conway-Grim, founder of Hawks & Doves.
Finance has a language of its own — and not all of us have had reason, time or opportunity to become fluent in it. Yet conversations about markets, investing and the economy often surface at dinners, gatherings and in professional settings. This session is designed to demystify how those conversations work.
We will be joined by Morgaine Conway-Grim who brings over a decade of experience across investing and relationship roles, including at J.P. Morgan and GQG Partners. Since founding Hawks & Doves in 2024, Morgaine has partnered with leading financial institutions to train junior teams on markets, macro and industry dynamics — translating complex concepts into clear, memorable insights.
Together, we will explore:
How the financial world communicates
Commonly used market and investing language — and what it really means
How to engage in conversations about money with greater confidence and ease
What fluency looks like without needing to be a finance professional
